For my mother's birthday, I decided to take her to New York. Little did I know that she would enjoy it.
Our first stop was to a yarn shop, which was unfortunately closed, but we didn't know. We did however, have fun a little elevator to get to the 5th floor.
Next I took her to visit Time Square in typical New York fashion, tourist style. I'm not a fan of being in Time Square ever, because it's expensive and crowded, which I warned her of. But she still wanted to go and you always listen to your mother.
Of course we stopped by Madame Tussauds so that she could admire Johnny Depp. I mean, who wouldn't?
The other tourists areas.
We even managed to see the Naked Cowboy! And after all the times I've been in the city, this was my first time seeing him. I guess it was a lucky day.
Finally we needed a break, so we went off in search of sushi, my mum's favourite food and place to rest.
Our picture in Bryant Park. I most definitely say she had a good time, but we were both tired at the end of the day and were happy to be home.
