Last week I experimented with baking a flour-less cake, also gluten free! Though once I baked it, it turned out to be more of a brownie I think. They were so delicious and so I baked them again! This time documenting it for your use!
This recipe is based off of King Arthur Flour.
Things you'll need:
1/2 cup of butter
3 large eggs
1 cup of chocolate chips (your choice)
1tsp of vanilla
1/4tsp of salt
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of coco powder or hot chocolate
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Then melt butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowel. I did about 45 seconds and then stir them together.
Once melted dump it into a bigger bowel.
Next stir in you sugar, salt, vanilla, and coco powder. Stir until blended well.
Finally beat or whisk in those eggs! Don't over beat.
Look at that liquid gold!
Pour your "gold" into a grease pan of your choice and then bake for 25 minutes. You may need a little more time, but not much.
TA-DA! Let cool and set for 5 minutes before serving! I also like to sprinkle a bit of confectionery sugar on top!
